Hello! I’m Juliana.

I’m currently a senior at Virginia Tech, pursuing a B.S in Industrial Design, and will be graduating in May 2025. I’m seeking associate/junior design roles and internships that could grow into full-time opportunities.

As a kid, I was constantly taking things apart around the house and crafting new inventions out of cardboard and duct tape. In fact, for my eighth birthday, that’s all I asked for. I always thought I’d become an engineer, but something didn’t quite feel right about it. When I discovered industrial design, everything clicked, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve always been driven by a desire to help others, and industrial design gives me the perfect way to combine my love for well-crafted products with a focus on human-centered problem solving.

With four internships under my belt, I’ve had the opportunity to design everything from furniture and home goods to app interfaces, industrial appliances, packaging, and consumer electronics.

When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me behind the camera, capturing sports, portraits, or the vibrant city scenes of Chicago. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, playing with my dog, and going to concerts.
